During the course the Trainees are undergoing extensive practical training with adequate theoretical inputs. The details of the long term courses are given below :-

It's a 90% practical oriented program. It includes training on latest CAD/CAM softwares like Auto CAD, Mechanical Desktop, Pro-E, Solid works, I-DEAS, Master CAM, Computer Net Working, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CATIA, Finite Element Anlysis etc. In the second semester of the course the students execute the customer orders in design and manufacturing by using latest CAD/CAM facilities . The session starts from first week of September every year and notification published usually in the month of May.
The course is designed to train ITI pass outs in the areas of advanced machining. The trainees will be exposed to basic turning, Milling, Grinding, Fitting and also in the area of Electro discharge Machining (EDM), Wire cut EDM, Computer fundamentals, Auto CAD, CNC Turning & Milling, Inspection, Heat treatment etc. Trainees will be put to extensive end The session starts from first week of August every year and notification published usually in the month of March/August
CTTC introduces this 2 year skill development course for School Dropout students. The course is to impart Vocational Training to built skill in the young persons to operate Machines like Lathe, Milling, Grinding, Injection Moulding & Presses etc. The course is to make young Trainees employable in Industries especially small and medium scale. CTTC will make effort in popularisation of the course amongst the Industries so that placement of these skilled Trainees is possible.
The course is designed to train ITI pass outs in the areas of machine maintenance. The trainees will be exposed to basic turning, Milling, Grinding, Fitting and also in the area of Electro discharge Machining (EDM), wire cut EDM, Computer fundamentals, CNC Turning & Milling, Inspection Heat treatment etc. Trainees will be put to extensive and vigourous particle training to improve their skill. After completion of the course trainees will be able to do maintenance of conventional machines and CNC turning & Milling. Trainees will also be trained on computers. The course contains 75% practical work and 25% theory.
CTTC arranges campus Interviews and in the past, all the meritorious pass outs have been placed in the industries. |
